Why we hold it
To review a company claim, maintain a public proof record, operate membership access, respond to requests, and protect the integrity of the register.
Who can see it
Public profiles contain only approved information. Consented direct contact fields are available only to active members and administrators. Access is logged and may be withdrawn.
Retention
Pilot records are kept only while needed for review, membership, disputes, and legal obligations. A formal retention schedule and rights request route must be published before public onboarding.
Your choices
A company can ask to correct public information, change its private contact route, withdraw consent for member sharing, or challenge a status decision.
